Responsibility
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high performance standards.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Security) to ensure smooth resort operations and guest comfort.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with resort policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management review.
- Assist in training new staff and conducting performance evaluations to foster a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate with the Reservations team to optimize room allocations and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in hospitality (e.g., CHA, CHT) is a strong advantage.
