Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and introduce innovative dishes.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
