Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other café offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing café area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in restocking supplies, including coffee beans, pastries, and other café essentials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is an advantage.
