Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, boba, and other beverages according to brand standards.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling payments and transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking ingredient levels.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., ingredient supplies).
