Based in Bali’s most vibrant areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional food experiences while working in a collaborative and professional setting.
Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for large-scale food production, including chopping, peeling, and measuring.
- Support the central kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist in basic cooking tasks under supervision.
- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/GMP).
- Help with inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating ingredients.
- Assist in packaging and labeling food products for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen, catering, banquet, or high-volume food production environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Prior experience in a central kitchen or industrial food production is a plus.
