Responsibility
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our digital POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas according to brand standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and operate cash registers with accuracy
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Indonesian work authorization required
