Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to the establishment’s dress code.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and POS systems.
