Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up and breaking down tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
