Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant and bakery operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to PAUL’s brand standards.
- Assist the Operations Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and execute customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure consistent product quality and timely service delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Represent PAUL Bakery in community and industry events to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a fine dining or bakery setting.
- Proven track record in team leadership, operational efficiency, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for French culinary arts and hospitality with a commitment to upholding brand integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
