Responsibility
- Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to customers and businesses within assigned routes in Bali.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain van safety and functionality.
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and provide excellent customer service at each stop.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption using digital or paper logs.
- Handle and resolve any delivery discrepancies or customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at the depot when required.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols to prevent accidents or damage to goods.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM B1 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role (preferably in logistics).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written) for customer interactions.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and mobile delivery apps is a plus.
- High integrity, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
