Responsibility
- Monitor and track trucking operations in real-time using fleet management software.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate logs of truck movements, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and delays by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
- Assist in route planning and optimization to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, invoicing, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; logistics-related certification is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet monitoring.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
