Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local traffic laws.
- Monitor and optimize fleet performance to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Liaise with clients, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
- Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
- Prepare and present reports on transportation metrics, including delivery times, costs, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams of drivers and coordinators.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, GPS tracking, and route optimization tools.
- Familiarity with local traffic regulations and transportation laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
