Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company trucks in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Plan and execute delivery routes across Bali and surrounding areas to ensure on-time arrival of goods.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo according to safety standards and company procedures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle condition using digital or paper logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Adhere to company policies, including punctuality, professional conduct, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and business partners.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or SIM B1/B2) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in commercial or logistics settings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s road networks, traffic patterns, and local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight delivery schedules.
- Good physical condition to handle loading/unloading of cargo and long hours on the road.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to safety.
