Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transport goods to and from designated locations, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies during transit.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery records.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to the fleet manager promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional truck driving experience.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
