Responsibility
- Manage and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth vehicle shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and inventory using ERP or internal management systems.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on export activities, including volume, revenue, and operational metrics.
- Monitor shipping schedules and deadlines to prevent delays and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with international partners and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to export orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export administration, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or logistics software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with ASEAN or global automotive export markets is an advantage.
