Responsibility
- Safely operate and maintain company delivery vehicles to transport Yakult products to designated branches, retailers, and customers across Bali
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely distribution while optimizing fuel consumption and vehicle wear
- Load and unload products with care, following proper handling procedures to maintain product integrity and prevent damage
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional interactions with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Complete accurate delivery documentation, including receipts, invoices, and inventory records, to ensure proper tracking and accountability
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with the logistics team to report delivery status, customer feedback, and any operational challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in delivery or logistics
- Familiarity with Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and geographic areas
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform minor troubleshooting
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading of products and work in various weather conditions
