Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in upscale dining settings
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area appearance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions accurately
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in restaurants or hotels (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Neat personal appearance and professional demeanor
