Responsibility
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to offer informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Set up, clean, and reset tables and service stations according to established standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server in a restaurant, hotel, or resort (preferably in a high-volume or luxury setting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our service standards and company culture.
