Responsibility
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, as well as menu items.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
