Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person communications, providing clear and courteous responses to all inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the company’s high standards.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS).
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic property management software (training provided for specific systems).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
