Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the bar and service team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Oversee beverage preparation, presentation, and inventory management to ensure quality and cost control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management to align service standards with culinary excellence.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and prompt resolution.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all service areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and repeat business.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll, and conduct performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably in bars, restaurants, or luxury resorts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including mixology, wine service, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting for F&B operations.
- Certification in food safety or alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
