Responsibility
- Prepare and cook food items according to Nando’s recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems as needed.
- Assist in stocking, rotating, and restocking ingredients and supplies.
Qualifications
- Passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move for extended periods.
