Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a fine dining or resort setting
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly
- Upsell special menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
