As a Security Officer, you will be at the forefront of monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and premises. Your vigilance and professionalism will directly impact the protection of our state-of-the-art facilities in areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta.

Responsibility
- Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security compliance.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Inspect and verify access control points, including visitor logs and employee credentials.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Provide customer service support by assisting visitors and employees with security-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, surveillance, or law enforcement (preferred).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is an advantage.
