Responsibility
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect and deter any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Enforce company policies, security protocols, and SOPs to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, including observations, actions taken, and follow-up recommendations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to address security concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and clients with security-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, such as surveillance systems and access control tools.
