As a Security Officer, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the protection of premises, personnel, and assets through vigilant patrolling, advanced surveillance monitoring, and controlled access management. Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility premises to deter and detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Monitor and operate surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure comprehensive coverage of all critical areas.
- Control and verify access at entry and exit points, including issuing visitor passes and maintaining logs of all personnel movements.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with local authorities and internal teams as necessary.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation for any security-related events or violations.
- Assist in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, by following established evacuation and response plans.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, patients, and staff with directions, information, and general inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security (e.g., Sertifikasi Keamanan) is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in a security role, preferably in healthcare, corporate, or hospitality settings.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with security equipment, such as CCTV systems, metal detectors, and access control systems.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle potentially volatile situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
