Responsibility
- Monitor and control all entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors gain access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and clients with inquiries or directions.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and order.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to resolve security issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate, commercial, or hospitality setting.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols, emergency procedures, and first aid is advantageous.
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
