Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and permissions.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce company policies, security procedures, and legal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Operate security equipment, including CCTV systems, alarms, and communication devices.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid PLRD (Police Licensing and Regulatory Department) certification.
- Certified in RTT (Responding to Threats and Terrorism).
- Hold a current CCTC (Certified Counter-Terrorism Specialist) credential.
- OBSE (Observation and Surveillance Expert) certification required.
- PPAP (Physical Protection and Access Control) certification mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security services, preferably in high-traffic or premium locations.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
