Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility premises to deter and detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Monitor and operate surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure comprehensive coverage of all critical areas.
- Control and verify access at entry points, including checking identification and maintaining visitor logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities.
- Enforce facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting staff, patients, and visitors with inquiries and directions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, preferably in a healthcare, corporate, or hospitality setting.
- Valid security license or certification as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, and security protocols.
