Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized activities, or safety hazards.
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control points to ensure real-time security coverage.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including visitor verification, ID checks, and emergency protocols.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations, coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including security breaches or unusual occurrences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, employees, and visitors with inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to implement security best practices and participate in training or drills.
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, ensuring all systems are functional and reporting any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, preferably in hospitality or commercial settings.
- Valid security license or certification (e.g., SATPOL PP, SKK, or equivalent) as required by Indonesian regulations.
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and sound judgment.
- Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
