Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned banking premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized access, or suspicious activities.
- Conduct thorough access control checks, verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and entry/exit points, responding promptly to any irregularities.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including visitor records and security breaches.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, employees, and visitors with inquiries while upholding security protocols.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services in the event of a security threat or incident.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in regular training and drills to stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security services, preferably in a corporate, banking, or high-risk environment.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and take appropriate action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using security equipment, such as surveillance systems, metal detectors, and two-way radios.
- High integrity and a commitment to confidentiality, especially in handling sensitive financial information.
- Basic first aid and emergency response training is a plus.
