Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized activities, or safety hazards.
- Conduct thorough access control checks, including verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following established protocols and escalating as necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, observations, and interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, clients, and employees with inquiries and directions.
- Enforce company policies, security procedures, and local regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, such as CCTV systems, metal detectors, and communication devices.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required to resolve security-related issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SLTA) or equivalent; vocational training in security is a plus.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama certification (mandatory).
- Active KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) from a recognized security association.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and basic English; ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Neat, professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
