Responsibility
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites in Bali, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security officers, supervisors, and operations staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategic security plans, emergency response protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess security measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.
- Prepare and present reports on security incidents, operational performance, and compliance status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stakes situations.
- Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
