Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Present menus, explain specials, and provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to detail for dietary restrictions or special requests.
- Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with side duties.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes.
- Handle payments efficiently, including processing bills and managing cash/credit transactions.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, grooming, and adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, wine service, or local cuisine is advantageous.
- Neat appearance and adherence to the restaurant’s dress code and grooming standards.
