Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of restaurant areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, restrooms, and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and chemical handling.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and equipment, on a scheduled basis.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to uphold cleanliness standards during peak hours.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices where applicable to support sustainability efforts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for personal hygiene and workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or restaurant maintenance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 10 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and follow standardized procedures.
