In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the office, managing the front desk with poise and handling critical administrative tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. Responsibility

  • Manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and guests.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage courier/delivery services efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, including preparation and logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain office inventory and manage procurement of pantry and stationery supplies.
  • Perform general administrative support, including document filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
  • Assist in the coordination of office maintenance and liaise with building management or external vendors.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with ad-hoc administrative requests as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in reception or administrative support roles, preferably within a corporate or investment firm setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Professional grooming and a warm, service-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
