Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial transactions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide general information about the company, services, and local area to guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and email platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or administration is a bonus.
