Responsibility
- Assist the Product Management team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for product availability and stock levels.
- Prepare, organize, and manage documentation related to product development, launches, and compliance.
- Coordinate between internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Sales) to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Handle data entry, file management, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor and track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Provide general office support, including managing supplies, equipment, and workspace organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within Product Management or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
