Responsibility
- Safely transport clients to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, condition, and presentation at all times.
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic and ensure punctuality.
- Provide exceptional customer service with discretion, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
- Assist clients with luggage, doors, and other needs to enhance their comfort and convenience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in executive or luxury transport.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicles (e.g., sedans, SUVs) is highly advantageous.
