Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage international freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of freight transactions and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali's logistics landscape is a plus.
