Responsibility

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards, adhering to company SOPs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure smooth production.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Innovate and suggest new pastry ideas to enhance the menu and customer experience.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on baking techniques and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal or special occasion pastry menus.
