Responsibility
- Deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all delivered items by verifying contents and recipient details.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle or mode of transport.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients and recipients.
- Follow designated routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Handle and resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery confirmations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or delivery services is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as courier, messenger, or delivery driver.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if applicable).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes in Bali.
