Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote Zydus Healthcare products.
- Conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and scientific discussions to enhance product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all business activities.
- Participate in training programs, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on industry developments and enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and competitor landscape in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
