Join Dermourra Medigroup Resources as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PIC Sales) and play a pivotal role in promoting and distributing high-quality medical and healthcare products across Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and clinics in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for pharmaceutical and medical products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or retail sales (preferably in the healthcare industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare market and existing professional networks is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional local dialects are advantageous).
- Ability to use CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
