Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and clinics in assigned territories.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for pharmaceutical and medical products.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or retail sales (preferably in the healthcare industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare market and existing professional networks is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional local dialects are advantageous).
  • Ability to use CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
