Note: This is a contract-based position with the potential for extension based on performance.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the general trade channel (pharmacies, drugstores, and retail outlets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including pharmacy owners, managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor product availability, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance.
- Provide product training and education to pharmacy staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to inform business strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and field activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, FMCG sales, or general trade channel management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
