Responsibility
- Promote Menarini’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including doctors, pharmacists, and clinic staff across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs through regular visits, educational sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific information about Menarini’s products to support clinical decision-making.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the Bali healthcare landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, logistics) to ensure seamless product availability and promotional support.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and professional networking.
- Submit timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative roles, or healthcare-related field sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of pharmacology, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali’s regions.
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
