Responsibility
- Promote and sell Nutriplus Laboratories Corp.âs pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and demonstrations to healthcare providers to highlight the benefits of our products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement localized promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
- Represent Nutriplus Laboratories Corp. at medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative roles, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
- Familiarity with Baliâs healthcare landscape and local medical institutions is a strong advantage.
