Responsibility
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and general practitioners (GPs) in assigned territories across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to medical staff to highlight the benefits of Eurodrug Laboratoriesā products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement localized sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali to meet clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
