Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate and insurance clients in Bali’s competitive healthcare market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention rates through proactive account management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical, finance) to design customized healthcare packages and service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring mutual value.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Track sales performance metrics, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or corporate services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and existing networks in the region is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
