Responsibility

  • Promote and sell medical products, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to highlight the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare sales (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong understanding of medical products, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools.
